Eaglewings Allied Health Staffing Agency provides school-based healthcare and education professionals to FCPS under a multi-year contract with a 3-year base period and 2-year renewal option through 2031.
Our Frederick County team includes Private Duty Nurses who provide one-to-one care for medically fragile students, Registered Behavior Technicians who deliver ABA-based intervention under BCBA supervision, Special Education Teachers who case-manage IEPs, and Paraprofessionals who support students in classroom settings.
Every professional is a W-2 employee with free medical, dental, and vision insurance, weekly pay every Thursday, GPS-verified timekeeping, and clinical supervision by our Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor.

Assignments are matched based on your credentials, location preference, and availability.
RN $46–48/hr, LPN $38–40/hr, RBT $28–30/hr, Sped Teacher $41–43/hr. Paid weekly every Thursday via Gusto direct deposit.
