Program Rules

  • New hire must work 80 hours within 60 days of their first shift.
  • Referring team member must stay in compliance through the entire term.
  • New hire must be in full compliance before working their first shift and stay compliant through the 60-day bonus period.
  • Both the referring employee and the new hire must be active employees at the time of bonus payout.
