Private Duty Nursing
Deliver the highest level of school-based nursing care to medically fragile students. Health assessments, complex medical procedures, care plan development, and oversight of LPN staff. Current MD RN license and BLS/CPR required.

Submit your application through our careers page. Include your license number, current certifications (BLS/CPR for clinical roles, RBT credential for RBTs, MD teaching certification for Sped Teachers), and preferred schedule. Our HR team responds within 1–2 business days.

License verification, background check (FBI + state), reference checks, drug screen, and health clearance including TB test. For RBTs, we verify your BACB certification. Complete FCPS district orientation covering student privacy (FERPA/HIPAA), mandated reporting, incident response, dress code, and school-specific procedures. Nursing roles complete additional care plan review for their assigned student(s).
