Joint Commission Accredited · OHCQ Licensed
Joint Commission-accredited staffing agency providing W-2 nurses, IEP aides, and paraprofessionals to Baltimore City Public Schools, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
Our Maryland headquarters at 10451 Mill Run Circle in Owings Mills — just off I-795 near the Beltway — puts us at the center of Baltimore's healthcare ecosystem. From Baltimore City Public Schools to the skilled nursing facilities that serve the region's aging population, we place credentialed healthcare professionals where they're needed most.
Every professional we place is a W-2 employee of Eaglewings — never a 1099 contractor. That means full payroll tax compliance, workers' compensation, GPS-verified timekeeping, and clinical supervision by our Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor with over 25 years of experience.

Our BCPS partnership places qualified paraprofessionals in Baltimore City schools to provide one-to-one support for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). We provide two types of aides:
Therapeutic Behavioral Aides (TBA) — $24/hr: Provide behavior intervention support for students with challenging behaviors, implementing strategies from the student's Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). Requires CPI Blue Card certification.
Non-Therapeutic Aides (TAS) — $21/hr: Provide academic and classroom support as specified in the student's IEP. Assist with daily activities, transitions, and social interactions.
Both roles are W-2 positions with free medical, dental, and vision insurance, weekly pay every Thursday, and full onboarding support including the mandatory 40-hour BCPS training.
We serve healthcare facilities throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area including Owings Mills, Towson, Pikesville, Reisterstown, Randallstown, Catonsville, Dundalk, Essex, Middle River, Columbia, Ellicott City, and Glen Burnie. Our nurses and aides travel within the region based on assignment location and personal preference.
