We currently staff for PRN and contract opportunities (local assignments only) for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and IEP Aides (Therapeutic and Non-Therapeutic).

There are two types of orientation: orientation to Eaglewings (policies, benefits, timekeeping, expectations, support) and orientation to your assigned facility (general orientation plus precepted shifts). Safety and ensuring you feel set up for success are always our top priorities.
After completing the application process and submitting all required credentials, you will receive a text message from Eaglewings confirming you are cleared to schedule shifts.

Typical contracts are 13 weeks, but there's a wide range from 4 to 20+ weeks. There is usually flexibility with the facility on contract length. If your availability differs from what's posted, let us know!
All Eaglewings clinicians are W-2 employees of Eaglewings. We handle everything from job coordination, interviewing, and contracts to compliance, scheduling, payroll, and ongoing support.
We pay weekly every Thursday. Homebase offers a same-day "Cash Out" feature — this is provided directly by Homebase, not by Eaglewings. Learn more about Homebase Cash Out →
Yes — all our contracts are local contracts. You must be within a 1-hour commute to the facility. We do not pay additional travel rates.
Contract opportunities are at-will employment, meaning a contract can be cancelled or terminated at any time. While rare, cancellations typically occur for just cause. Our team will work to find you a new placement as quickly as possible.
